Q: How big are the patches? A: All of our embroidered patches are a noticeable four inches in size. This makes them ideal for adding a bold touch to jackets, backpacks, hats, and many other items.
Q: Are these patches durable? A: Yes! Once properly applied to a clean, smooth surface, our patches are designed to adhere well for decorative purposes. For items that will be frequently handled or washed, you may consider additional methods for long-term security (see care tips).

Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! We offer 30-day returns on all embroidered patches. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Application Tips (Peel and Stick Patches)
Q: How do I apply my peel and stick patch for the best results? A: Our self-adhesive patches are incredibly easy to apply!
Clean the Surface: Ensure the application surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or dirt. A smooth, non-porous surface works best.
Peel Slowly: Carefully peel the protective backing paper off the patch, starting from one corner. Avoid touching the adhesive side with your fingers.
Position Carefully: Align the patch exactly where you want it. Once the adhesive touches the surface, it's difficult to reposition without affecting adhesion.
Press Firmly: Once positioned, press down firmly across the entire patch, working from the center outwards to smooth out any air bubbles and ensure full contact with the surface. Apply pressure for at least 30 seconds.
Allow to Cure: For optimal adhesion, especially on items that might see some handling, allow the adhesive to "cure" for 24 hours before use.
Q: What types of surfaces are best for applying peel and stick patches? A: These patches adhere well to most smooth, clean, and dry surfaces, including:
Laptops, tablets, phone cases
Hard-sided luggage and backpacks
Notebooks and binders
Helmets (smooth surfaces)
Clean, untextured walls or furniture
Smooth fabrics where you want a temporary or decorative hold (e.g., denim, canvas – though see care tips for washing).
Care Tips & Longevity
Q: Are these patches washable once applied? A: While the adhesive is strong, peel and stick patches are generally best suited for items that are not frequently washed or exposed to harsh conditions. For items that will be washed (like clothing or fabric bags), we recommend hand-washing with cold water and air-drying to prolong the patch's adherence. Machine washing and high heat from dryers can significantly weaken the adhesive over time.
Q: How long will the adhesive last? A: The self-adhesive backing provides a strong bond for decorative purposes on static or less frequently handled items. For items that experience constant flexing, friction, or frequent washing, the longevity of the adhesive may vary. For permanent application on fabric items, consider adding a few stitches around the edge of the patch.
Q: My peel and stick patch isn't sticking as well as I hoped. What can I do? A:
Ensure Surface Cleanliness: Re-clean the surface thoroughly and ensure it's completely dry. Any dust, oil, or moisture will prevent proper adhesion.
Apply More Pressure: Try pressing down firmly again, ensuring every part of the patch is in contact.
Consider Sewing: For items that will be heavily used or washed, or if you need a truly permanent bond, adding a few stitches around the perimeter of the patch is highly recommended. This provides maximum security regardless of the surface.
